Getting started with Prezi Analytics

Ever wonder if a client has viewed your presentation or for how long? Prezi Analytics is a valuable tool that allows you to track and get stats on your presentations. It’s easy to use. Just create a link, send it out, and follow up to get real-time numbers. Once the link is viewed, you’ll be able to get statistics on the presentation’s performance according to viewer. You’ll get an overview of the presentations you’ve shared on your analytics dashboard. From here you can also create a new link and download a CSV file of your analytics.

Paid feature: Prezi Analytics is available for users with a Premium or higher Prezi plan. Luckily it’s a breeze to upgrade your license and get access to this and all the other great features our Prezi plans have to offer.

Using Prezi online

From your dashboard, click the Prezi Analytics icon in the left sidebar. You can also click here to go directly to Prezi Analytics.

Using the desktop app

Click the three dots (...) in the thumbail of a presentation to get the detailed view screen. From here, click the blue "Take me there" button at the bottom of your screen. You can also go to Tools > View Analytics in the app menu or click here to go directly to Prezi Analytics.
