Presenting with presenter notes
To access your notes while presenting or practicing, click the Present button and select Presenter view from the dropdown menu. This will open the presentation in Present view and Presenter view.
Present view is the window your audience will see while you’re presenting; it does not include your notes. Make sure to share the right window when using a projector or screen sharing with a video conferencing tool.
Presenter view breaks down your presentation into individual steps with your notes on the side. It also includes a timer that you can reset while practicing. You can increase or reduce the size of your notes to make them easy to read. The arrows on the bottom of the Presenter view helps you navigate your content.
