You’ve chosen a great template and made it your own. Then you’ve added some killer content. Now it’s time to present.
If using the desktop app, you can view or present even if you don't have an Internet connection. Just remember that you’ll need to be connected to play a YouTube video.
Starting a presentation from the dashboard
1. From the Prezi Present dashboard, click the Present button in the thumbnail of the presentation you want to present.
2. The presentation will load in a separate window.
3. Use the arrows at the bottom of the presentation to navigate along the path. You can also use your left and right keyboard arrows. If you'd like to skip around between topics, simply click on the topic or subtopic.
4. You can enter or exit full screen by clicking the icon in the lower right corner of the window or use the Edit button in the top right corner to open the presentation in the Prezi Present editor.
Starting a presentation from within the editor
1. Click the Present button in the top toolbar.
2. Your window will change to present mode.
3. Use the arrows at the bottom of the presentation to navigate along the path. You can also use your left and right keyboard arrows. If you'd like to skip around between topics, simply click on the topic or subtopic.
4. You can enter or exit full screen by clicking the icon in the lower right corner of the window.
Navigating tips
- You can freely navigate through your presentation by clicking directly on a topic or subtopic.
- Use your mouse’s scroll wheel or the scroll movement on your touchpad to zoom in and out. This means you can move from subtopics to the main topic to the overview with the flip of a finger.
