How to navigate the Prezi dashboard

When you sign in to Prezi, you land on your dashboard automatically. From here, you can switch between products anytime using the left sidebar.

The Prezi dashboard is the home base where you create, find, organize and share all your Prezi content, including presentations, videos and AI images.

Quick steps:

  • Use + Create new to start a presentation from an idea, a file, a template or from scratch.
  • Switch between Presentations, Videos, Infographics, and AI images from the left sidebar.
  • Open Library to access saved content and reusable assets.
  • Use Folders to organize projects for yourself or your team.
  • Open Brand kit to manage logos, fonts, and brand colors.

How is the Prezi dashboard organized?

The dashboard uses a left sidebar for navigation and a main workspace that changes based on the product you select.

The left sidebar helps you move quickly between products and tools:

  • All projects: View everything you have created across Prezi.
  • Presentations: Prezi Present projects.
  • AI images: Images created with Prezi AI.
  • Videos: Prezi Video projects.

What is All projects?

The All projects view shows everything you have created, regardless of format. This is the fastest way to search across presentations, videos, designs, and images in one place.

From here, you can:

  • Search by project name.
  • Filter by project type or owner.
  • Open, share, move, or delete items.

How do I use the Prezi Present dashboard?

Use the Presentations dashboard to create new presentations and manage existing Prezi Present projects.

At the top of the page, you can:

  • Start a new presentation by describing your topic and selecting Create with AI.
  • Upload an existing PPTX, PDF, or DOCX file to convert it into a Prezi presentation.
  • Create a presentation from a template.
  • Create a presentation from scratch.

Your most recently edited or viewed presentations appear first.

How do I create an AI presentation using a prompt?

You can create a presentation with Prezi AI directly from the Presentations dashboard using a short text prompt.

  1. Make sure you are in All Projects or Presentations in the left sidebar.
  2. Click into the Create a presentation about… field at the top of the dashboard.
  3. Describe your topic in plain language. For example, “Employee onboarding for a remote team” or “Quarterly sales update for leadership.”
  4. Select Create with AI.
  5. Review the generated presentation and edit the content, structure, or design as needed.

Prezi AI creates a complete, editable presentation based on your idea, helping you move from concept to first draft in minutes.

How do I find my presentations in the Prezi Dashboard?

  • Use the search bar to find presentations by title.
  • Use filters to show presentations you own or ones shared with you.

From the top banner, you can:

  • Record video directly.
  • Import PowerPoint slides.
  • Create a video presentation from Prezi Present.

Your most recent videos appear first.

How do I find my videos in the Prezi Dashboard?

  • Use the search bar to find videos by title.
  • Filter videos by owner or shared status.

The Brand kit helps teams apply consistent logos, fonts, and colors across all Prezi projects.

Teams can use the Brand kit to keep branding consistent across all projects.

From the Brand kit, you can:

  • Upload logos.
  • Set brand colors.
  • Choose brand fonts.
  • Apply branded templates across Prezi Video and Prezi Design.

All team members can access and use the brand kit assets in their projects.

How do folders help organize my Prezi projects?

Folders act like tags, helping you group and find projects without affecting or deleting the original files.

Folders help you keep projects organized across all dashboards.

  • Create folders from the left sidebar.
  • Add presentations, videos, designs, or images to multiple folders.
  • Use team folders to share content with everyone on your team.

Deleting a folder does not delete the projects inside it. Items remain available in All projects and any other folders they belong to.

To rename or delete a folder, open it and select the title or trash icon.

How do I view analytics for my Prezi presentations?

Prezi Analytics shows how viewers interact with shared presentations, including view time and engagement.

Use Prezi Analytics to see how your shared presentations perform.

Analytics show:

  • Total view time.
  • Number of views and viewers.
  • When content was last opened.

This helps you understand which content resonates most with your audience.

Where can I find help, notifications, and account settings?

Use the icons in the top-right corner to access help articles, notifications, language settings, and account controls.

In the top-right corner of the dashboard:

  • Select the question mark to access the Prezi Knowledge Base, training resources, and support options.
  • Select the bell icon to view notifications, including updates and engagement on shared projects.
  • Select your profile menu to change language settings, open account settings, access the admin console, or log out.
