The dashboard is your central control panel where you can find all of your content created with Prezi, organize it, view saved content created by other Prezi users and access additional options for sharing and presenting.

Once you open Prezi, you’ll immediately be taken to your dashboard. Depending on which product you'd like to use, you can switch between the individual dashboards of Prezi Present, Prezi Video and Prezi Design. 

From the All projects tab, you can access all your previously created presentations, videos and designs or create new ones. You can select a specific project type from the top menu or click the + icon and choose to create a presentation, video or design. 

The Prezi Present Dashboard

From the Prezi Present dashboard, you can create a new presentation and view or edit your previously created projects. The most recent presentations you’ve edited or viewed display at first.

Here, you can create a new presentation from one of our pre-designed template by clicking Create from template, start with a blank template by choosing Start from scratch or convert your Powerpoint slides into a Prezi Presentation. You can also access our gallery of presentations with a curated selection of reusable content created by Prezi users by clicking Explore presentation gallery. You can also start creating a new presentation by clicking the + icon under the search bar. 

To find a particular presentation, type a keyword from the title in the search field. You can also filter your presentations and only see the ones you created or the presentations that were shared with you. 

Presentation thumbnails

Click the three dots (...) in the thumbnail of your video to bring up the detailed view screen.

From there, you can access additional options for your presentation, such as:

• Share view link
• View Analytics
• Export the presentation as a PDF file
• Download your presentation (only available in the desktop app)
• Add to folder
• Open the presentation for editing
• Change privacy settings
• Add collaborators
• Make a copy of your presentation
• Delete your presentation

To download the Prezi Present desktop application, click Get the Prezi desktop app at the bottom left corner of the dashboard. 

The Prezi Video dashboard

From the Prezi Video dashboard, you can create a new video, access your draft projects and view your previously created videos. The most recent videos you’ve recorded display at first.

Here, you can create a video in our online editor by clicking Quick record, start live streaming your content with Video conferencing (through the Prezi Video desktop app), import your Powerpoint slides and turn them into a video or use Prezi Present to create a presentation and then record it as a video. You can also access our gallery of presentations with a curated selection of reusable videos created by Prezi users by clicking Explore video gallery. 

To find a particular video, type a keyword from the title in the search field. You can also filter your videos and only see the ones you created or the videos that were shared with you.

Click the three dots (...) in the thumbnail of your presentation to bring up the detailed view screen.

From there, you can play your video, reuse its content to record a different video, start video conferencing, add the video to a folder, share your video or delete it. 

To download the Prezi Video desktop application, click Get Prezi Video on desktop at the bottom left corner of the dashboard. 

The Prezi Design dashboard

From the Prezi Present dashboard, you can create a new presentation and view or edit your previously created presentations. The most recent presentations you’ve edited or viewed display at first.

Here, you can create a new design from one of our pre-designed template by clicking Start from template or start creating based on the project type you'd like to do. Moreover, you also have the option to convert a PPT, PDF or DOC file into a design. You can also access our gallery of designs with a curated selection of projects created by Prezi users by clicking Explore design gallery. 

To find a particular design, type a keyword from the title in the search field. You can also filter your designs and only see the ones you created or the designs that were shared with you. 

Design thumbnails

Click the three dots (...) in the thumbnail of your design to bring up the detailed view screen.

From there, you can open the design for editing, share and add collaborators to it, export it in multiple different formats, add it to a folder and view, duplicate or delete it. 

The Library

From your dashboard, click the Library icon in the left sidebar to access your own content collection you saved from your own presentations or from public presentations created by other Prezi users. 

In addition to the items saved while editing or viewing public and reusable presentations, you can also find a selection of recommended frames and story blocks, reusable videos created with Prezi Video and reusable presentations you might find useful. You also have the option to turn your collection into a video or presentation directly from the Library. 

Brand kit

Prezi Teams have access to the brand kit where they can store their brand's logo for easy access, select their organization's brand fonts from a vast array of fonts and set their organization's brand color palette. The entire team will be able to access and use branded video templates in Prezi Video specifically designed for their organization and customize any template in Prezi Design to reflect brand identity in any project. Filtering content with folders

Regardless of what product dashboard you're on, use the left sidebar to organize your content using folders. Here you’ll also find your team folder and be able to filter your presentations according to those owned by you and those shared with you. Folders act as tags for your projects. You can put a presentation, video or design in any folder to help organize according to your needs.

Anything you put in your team folder is shared with your entire team. If you have a great template you’d like your team to use, here’s the place to put it.

If you delete a folder, no presentation will be deleted and can still be found with your synced presentations or in any other folder they might be tagged with. To delete or rename a folder, click on the folder to bring up its screen. Click the trash can icon to delete or click on its title to rename.

Help Center and account settings

Regardless of what product dashboard you're on, by clicking the question mark in the top right corner of the dashboard, you can access the Prezi Knowledge Base to browse our collection of tutorial articles and videos, sign up for an online training or visit one our our product forums. 

By selecting the bell icon, you can open the notification center window where you'll see updates from us or if any of your projects you shared with others get likes. 

To change the default account language, click the dropdown next to your name and select the language you'd like to use. You can also access your account settings and the admin console from this dropdown. To log out of Prezi online, simply select Log out from this menu.
