If you change your mind and would like to remove a user from your presentation, it’s easy. You can also decide to change a user’s rights to allow editing, commenting, or presenting.
From the Dashboard
- From the dashboard, click the cogwheel in the thumbnail of a presentation to get the detailed view screen.
- Click the Sharing and privacy button in the top-right corner of your screen. Alternatively, you can click the three dots in the bottom-right corner of the presentation’s thumbnail and select Sharing and privacy.
- You’ll see the pop-up window with the list of current collaborators.
- Click the user’s rights located next to the person’s name to remove or change their rights.
- When finished, click on Done to close the pop-up window.
From the Editor
You can also remove a collaborator while you’re in the editor.
- Click on the Add collaborators icon at the top-right corner of the editor. You can also click on the Share button and select Collaborate.
- You’ll see a pop-up window with the list of current collaborators.
- Click the user’s rights located next to the person’s name to remove or change their rights.
- Click Remove, then Done to close the pop-up window.
