Need a cue? Use presenter notes in Prezi Present as reminders to highlight key information, or record questions and feedback from your audience while presenting. You can use notes to practice and prepare, then review them while delivering your presentation with Presenter view. Collaborators that have editing rights to your presentation can also add and view presenter notes.

Adding and viewing presenter notes
You can add presenter notes to a presentation’s overview, frames, topics, subtopics, and pages. Notes will display in the place on the presentation’s structure where they were added.
Adding and viewing from the editor
Click on the More button on the Top menu bar and select Presenter notes. You can also select Insert > Presenter notes from the app menu.
Type your notes into the text box in the sidebar. Presenter notes automatically save as you type and can be edited and viewed by anyone with editing rights to your presentation.
You can navigate your presentation using the Next and Back icon buttons under the text field to place presenter notes in specific parts of your presentation. When you’re finished, click the X in the upper right corner of the sidebar to close presenter notes.
Adding and viewing from presenter view
You can also add and view presenter notes when using presenter view. To open presenter view, click the Present button and select Presenter view from the dropdown. You can also select Present > Presenter view from the app menu.
Use the left and right arrows to navigate through your presentation and review previously added notes. Click and type into the text box to add new notes. You can also make the notes smaller or bigger by using the Click A- and A+ icons in the sidebar.
Automatic scrolling in Presenter View
Your presenter notes can automatically scroll while you’re in presenter view to make it easier than ever to time your presentation. This also allows you to use presenter view as a teleprompter from a second screen.
To enable this, open your presentation in Presenter view and click Fullscreen presenter notes. This will expand your notes to take up the presenter view.
From here, click Auto scrolling to start. You can adjust the speed your text moves at using the bar nearby.
Viewing your notes with the Prezi Viewer App
You can also access your presenter notes from your phone using the Prezi Viewer app, available on the App Store and Google Play.
- Open the app and log in to your Prezi account
- Select the presentation you want to view the notes of
From here, you can use the app to read and scroll through your presenter notes as you like. You can also use auto scroll and adjust the speed if you prefer.
Deleting presenter notes
You can delete presenter notes by using BACKSPACE/DELETE on your keyboard.
