With the Prezi Viewer app you can easily make your presentations available offline on your iPhone, iPad, or Android device. This means you can view or present your presentation anytime, even without an Internet connection.
Paid feature: Keeping a presentation offline is available for users with a Plus or higher Prezi plan. Luckily it’s a breeze to upgrade your license and get access to this and all the other great features our Prezi plans have to offer.
To keep a presentation offline on your phone or tablet
iPhone and iPad
- Log in to Prezi Viewer
- Tap on a presentation for more options.
- Tap the Keep offline icon.
- Once saved, the icon will change to show that it is available offline. Offline presentations will also appear at the top of your Prezi Viewer dashboard.
Android
- Log in to Prezi Viewer
- Tap on a presentation for more options.
- Tap the Keep offline icon.
- Once saved, the icon will change to show that it is available offline. Offline presentations will also appear at the top of your Prezi Viewer dashboard.
You can now view or present your offline presentations anytime, anywhere, when logged in to the Prezi Viewer app.
