Refunds

If you think you’re entitled to a refund, such as if you were charged by mistake, you can submit a refund request. Please review Prezi’s terms and conditions before submitting a refund request. Terms for both individual and Team plans can be found here. We evaluate refund requests in accordance with the terms and conditions governing your account.

Refund policy for individual plans

For individual plans, such as users with a Standard, Plus, Premium, Edu Plus, or Edu Pro plan, you can request a one-time refund within 14 days of purchase. You can submit a refund request by  clicking here.

When submitting your request, we will ask you to provide certain details for verification:

  • Transaction ID
  • Last 4 digits of credit card used
  • Full name of card holder
  • Date of payment and amount charged
  • Billing address

If more information is needed, an expert from our Payments Team will review your request and contact you with a solution via email. 

Refund policy for Prezi Team plans

Prezi Teams customers are able to cancel their plan without being charged during their trial period. Once the trial period ends, you will be billed. No refunds will be provided to a Prezi Teams customer once the trial period concludes and you have been charged.
