Problems logging in
No matter what the reason, if you are having problems logging into your Prezi account we want to get you back to your presentations in no time. Check out this article for help with login issues.
What do I do if I forgot my password?
If you’ve forgotten your password, click here. This will take you to another window where you can enter the email address associated with your Prezi account to reset your password. Doing so will reset your password and send out an email with further instructions.
Didn’t receive the password reset email?
If you tried to reset your password, but did not receive the password reset email, try checking your spam folder. It’s possible that you will not receive the email due to firewall and security settings on your network.
Forgot or can’t access the email associated with your Prezi account?
If you remember your Prezi account password, you can still log in with the email address associated with your account.
If not, please contact our Support team.
Please note: We can only verify accounts that contain payment details and/or private presentations. Therefore, if you have a Basic or Public license we might not be able to grant access to your Prezi account as the password reset email is sent to your old email address.
What information do I need?: Be prepared to include some details about payment (payment type, billing history, etc.) and private presentations (date of creation, content, title etc.) created with your account as verification that you are the account owner.
