How do I print a presentation in Prezi?

Need a hard copy? Export your Prezi presentation to a PDF file and print, email, or keep it for your reference. When you export a presentation to PDF, each step in your presentation becomes a page in the file.

  1. From your Prezi dashboard, click the three dots (⋮) in the presentation thumbnail.
  2. From the Prezi Editor, click Share in the upper-right corner.
  3. Select Download PDF from the menu and Download from the pop-up.
  4. Once it’s ready, the file will automatically save to your device.

  3. In the window that pops up, click Download PDF.
