Share your presentation with anyone in the world, anytime, anywhere, using Prezi Viewer on your phone or tablet. You can even track it with Prezi Analytics to see who views it and for how long. Yep, life just got easier.
Sharing a view link
Share links allow the recipient to view, but not edit, a presentation. If you choose to track the link, viewing data is tracked in Prezi Analytics everytime the link is opened. For more detailed records, you can also require viewers to enter their name and email before viewing. This is useful when tracking multiple links on the same presentation.
iPhone and iPad
- Log in to Prezi Viewer. From the dashboard, tap on a presentation for more options.
- Tap the Share icon.
- Tap Create new link.
- Enter a name for your link, such as a company or person. This will serve as a reference for your own records.
- To track your view link, make sure the Track this link with Prezi Analytics switch is green and to the right. From here you can also require viewers to identify themselves via name and email.
- When finished, tap Create link.
- After the link is created, tap Share and choose an app to share the link.
- If you would like to share and track another link, return to the previous screen and follow the steps above.
Android
- Log in to Prezi Viewer. From the dashboard, tap on a presentation for more options.
- Tap the Share icon.
- Tap the + icon.
- Enter a name for your link, such as a company or person. This will serve as a reference for your own records.
- To track your view link, make sure the Track this link switch is blue and to the right. From here you can also require viewers to identify themselves via name and email.
- When finished, tap Save and share link. Then, choose an app to share the link.
- If you would like to share and track another link, return to the previous screen and follow the steps above.
Deactivating links
If you want to stop sharing a presentation, you can deactivate a view link at anytime. This means that the recipient can no longer view your presentation and you have the choice to remove its tracking data from Prezi Analytics.
iPhone and iPad
- From the dashboard, tap on a presentation for more options.
- Tap the Share icon.
- Choose the shared link that you want to deactivate.
- Tap Deactivate to stop sharing your presentation.
- In the pop-up, tap Deactivate again to confirm.
Android
- From the dashboard, tap on a presentation for more options.
- Tap the Share icon.
- Choose the shared link that you want to deactivate.
- Tap Deactivate to stop sharing your presentation.
- In the pop-up, tap Deactivate again to confirm.
