Making a copy in Prezi Present

Got an amazing presentation but want to tweak it for another audience? Want to make a useful template for your team? Creating a copy of a presentation is simple.

Making a copy of a presentation

Making a copy of your own presentation is great if you want to have multiple working versions available. You can also do this to make a template and share it with others.

There are two ways to make a copy of your presentation. 

1. From the dashboard, click the three dots (...) in the thumbnail of a presentation.

2. Select Make a copy.

3. The copy of the presentation will be automatically opened for editing. When returning to the dashboard, you’ll see the presentation appear there as well. 

Or...

1. From the dashboard, click the cogwheel icon on the thumbnail of a presentation to get the detailed view screen.

2. Select the Make a copy under the presentation window.

3. The copy of the presentation will be automatically opened for editing. When returning to the dashboard, you’ll see the presentation appear there as well.

Renaming a presentation

Now that you’ve made a copy of a presentation, you might want to rename it.

1. From the dashboard, click the title of the presentation you want to rename. 

2. Type the new name of your presentation and hit ENTER, or click anywhere outside of the title.
