Creating and sharing a presentation's view link

Sending a view link in Prezi Present is a quick and easy way to share your presentation. A view link allows anyone with the link to view, but not edit, a presentation.

  1. From the dashboard you can access the view link by clicking the three dots in the bottom right corner of the presentation's thumbnail, select Sharing and privacy and click Copy link at the top.
  2. Under Trackable links you can create a new link that can be tracked with Prezi Analytics. These can be deactivated at any time.
  3. Under Access settings you can change who can view your link, and give selected people different levels of access.

1. From the dashboard, click the three dots in the bottom right corner of the presentation's thumbnail and select Sharing and privacy from the list.

2. Click Copy link at the top. You can now share your presentation via a link!

3. Use the dropdown next to Access settings to determine whether anybody with the link can view the presentation or only individuals added below will be able to open the link.

4. After adding their email address, you can also decide whether they can view, comment on or also edit your presentation.

Note:You can only set the access level to 'Only individuals can access' if you don't have any trackable links live connected to the presentation.

Sharing with a QR code

To share your Prezi presentation is easier than ever now with the QR code generator in the Prezi Present editor. With one click, you can create a QR code that links to your presentation’s viewing page, and your audience can scan it to quickly view it on their phone.

Click on the Share button in the upper right corner and select Insert QR Code. When you open the QR Code Generator sidebar, Prezi automatically creates a QR code linking to the current presentation.

You can either:

  • Insert it into your presentation
  • Download it to use elsewhere

To insert the QR code into your presentation

  1. Open the QR Code Generator
  2. Click Insert
  3. Move the QR code to your preferred spot on the canvas
