Creating and sharing a presentation's view link

Sending a view link in Prezi Present is a quick and easy way to share your presentation. A view link allows anyone with the link to view, but not edit, a presentation. When you create a view link, you have the option to require viewer identification and to track its viewing data using Prezi Present Analytics. You can deactivate your view links at anytime if you want to stop sharing or tracking your presentation.

1. From the dashboard, click the three dots in the bottom right corner of the presentation's thumbnail and select Sharing and privacy from the list.

2. Click Copy link at the top. You can now share your presentation via a link!

3. Use the dropdown next to Access settings to determine whether anybody with the link can view the presentation or only individuals added below will be able to open the link.

4. After adding their email address, you can also decide whether they can view, comment on or also edit your presentation.

Note:You can only set the access level to 'Only individuals can access' if you don't have any trackable links live connected to the presentation.

1. From the dashboard, click the three dots in the bottom right corner of the presentation's thumbnail and select Sharing and privacy from the list.

2. Click Create link under Trackable links

Paid feature: Prezi Present Analytics is available for users with a Premium or higher Prezi plan. Luckily it’s a breeze to upgrade your license and get access to this and all the other great features our Prezi plans have to offer.

3. In the next window, select Create link again.

4. Give a title to your link and use the toggles to determine whether you want to track this link in Analytics (default setting) and whether you want to require a name and email address from your viewers.

5. Select Save link. You can now copy the URL and share your trackable link.

If you want to stop tracking a link, you can deactivate a trackable link at anytime. This means that the recipient can no longer view your presentation and you have the choice to remove its tracking data from Prezi Analytics.

1. From the dashboard, click the three dots in the bottom right corner of the presentation's thumbnail and select Sharing and privacy from the list.

2. Select Manage links under Trackable links.

3. Select the pencil icon next to the presentation's title.

4. Click Deactivate link. Tick the box if you'd like to delete all connected data in Prezi Present Analytics, then select Deactivate link again.
