Broadcasting your presentation

Want a great way to reach your audience, even if they are half way across the globe? Once you set up your broadcast link, send it out to anyone in the world so they can follow along in real time while you direct your stellar presentation. You can have up to 100 members join your broadcast from anywhere in the world.

  1. To start a broadcast, in the editor, click the Share icon at the top right corner of your screen, then select Share broadcast link.
  2. Copy the Live Prezi link from the popup window and share it with your viewers, then click Start Live Prezi.
  3. Click the arrows at the bottom of your screen to navigate. You can also use the LEFT and RIGHT arrows on your keyboard. To jump to a particular area or topic of your presentation, simply click on it or scroll to zoom in and out.
  4. Once you’re finished giving the presentation, simply click End in the upper right corner of your screen.

Paid feature: Creating a broadcast link is available for users with a Plus or higher Prezi plan. Luckily it’s a breeze to upgrade your license and get access to this and all the other great features our Prezi plans have to offer.

Getting ready for your broadcast

Prezi enables you to give your presentation on the fly by broadcasting it. If you’re on a call with a client and want to give visuals, just send them the link to your broadcast. You’ll see the number of participants below your link when they join.

To get started, set up your broadcast link and send it to your audience members.

When someone opens your broadcast link, they’ll see the presentation load. If you haven’t started your presentation, a notice will appear on the screen stating that the presentation is waiting to begin. Once you begin presenting, your audience will see exactly what you see in real time.

Pro Tip: Your audience can also join a broadcasted presentation on a mobile device with the Prezi Viewer app.
