Troubleshooting firewalls and security settings in Prezi

Firewalls or other security software running on your computer might cause difficulties accessing Prezi or certain parts of the site. This is particularly likely to be the case if you are using a different computer than the one you normally use or if you have recently upgraded your operating system or security software.

To prevent or resolve issues with viewing or accessing Prezi Present content:

  • Check that this is also the case with any firewall software, browser privacy add-on, or similar software that you may be running on your computer.
  • Make sure that JavaScript, cookies, and pop-ups are allowed (whitelisted) for prezi.com in both the browser you are using and your operating system's default web browser.

Email whitelist

Whitelist these three sending domains (@email.prezi.com, and @info.prezi.com) and the following IP addresses:

  • 50.56.16.69
  • 50.56.16.71
  • 104.130.98.88
  • 149.72.237.153
  • 149.72.249.46
  • 149.72.30.15
  • 149.72.35.155

Allow pop-ups (whitelist) in your browser privacy add-on or firewall software for the following:

  • .prezi.com
  • .static.prezi.com
  • s3.amazonaws.com
  • .prezi.com.s3.amazonaws.com
  • prezi-a.akamaihd.net
  • .preziusercontent.com
  • .youtube.com
  • .ytimg.com
  • .icons8.com
  • .prezicdn.net
  • .cloudfront.net
  • .unsplash.com
  • Prezi.Cast.exe
  • .braze.com

Try clearing cache and cookies and reload the browser. In addition, you can also try using another browser. We recommend using the latest version of Safari, Firefox, Chrome 64, or Edge.
