How to present offline
Once you’re offline, open your dashboard and select the presentation you want to use.
- Click Present on the presentation thumbnail.
- Use the on-screen arrows or the Left and Right arrow keys on your keyboard to move through your presentation.
- Click any frame or topic to jump directly to it.
- To zoom out to the overview, move your cursor to the middle of the right side of the screen and select the Home button.
These steps help you present confidently, even without an internet connection.
How do I present a downloaded file without logging in?
You can present offline without signing in by downloading a view-only version of your presentation in advance. You’ll need to be logged in to create the file, but you can complete the download even if you’re already offline.
How to download a portable Prezi
- From your dashboard, open the menu on your presentation thumbnail by selecting the three dots (…).
- In the detailed view:
- On Windows, select the Download icon under Export (bottom right).
- On Mac, choose Export next to Offline presentation.
- Select the format you want to use (Mac or Windows). You can choose both to create two files.
- Click Export, choose where to save the file, and confirm.
You’ll receive an .EXE file on Windows or a .zip file on Mac.
How to present the downloaded file
Open the file on your computer, then use the on-screen arrows or the Left and Right arrow keys to move through your presentation.
