Presenting and viewing a presentation offline

You can give or view a presentation using the app while you’re offline as long as you are logged in first. This means even if your connection goes out, your presentation doesn’t have to stop, leaving your audience in suspense.

Paid feature: Presenting offline is available when using the Prezi for desktop app. This means you must have a Plus or higher Prezi plan. Luckily it’s a breeze to upgrade your license and get access to this and all the other great features our Prezi plans have to offer.

Pro Tip: If you'd like to learn how to download your presentation as a standalone file that can be viewed without an Internet connection or Prezi account, click here.

Before you begin, make sure you’re logged in to the desktop app. You’ll need a connection at the time of log in.

  1. From the dashboard, click the Present button in the thumbnail of the presentation you want to present.
  2. Use the arrows at the bottom to navigate your presentation or use the LEFT and RIGHT arrows on your keyboard.
  3. Click on a topic to jump directly to it.
  4. If you’re in a topic or subtopic and would like to zoom out a step, click the arrow in the lower left corner.
Note: You need a connection to play any embedded YouTube videos.
