Exporting a presentation to PDF

Want a hard copy of your presentation to hand out to your audience? You can export your presentation to a PDF file using Prezi Present and print, email, or keep it for your reference. When you export a presentation to PDF, each view in your presentation’s path becomes a page in the PDF file. Export away.

Paid feature: Exporting a presentation to PDF is available for users with a Plus or higher Prezi plan. Luckily it’s a breeze to upgrade your license and get access to this and all the other great features our Prezi plans have to offer.

Exporting to PDF

1. From the dashboard, click the three dots (...) in the thumbnail of a presentation.

2. Select Export PDF from the dropdown menu.

3. In the pop-up, click Start exporting.

4. After the PDF loads, click Save PDF to open the file. You will need to have a PDF viewer installed in your browser to create the PDF.

Alternatively, you can also export your presentation as a PDF while in the Prezi Present editor. Go to the hamburger menu in the top left corner and select Export PDF from the list.
