What is the Facebook and Google SSO option?
SSO (single sign-on) allows you to use your existing Facebook or Google account to log in to your Prezi account quickly and easily using the same credentials.
What if I don’t have a Prezi account yet?
No problem. You can use your Facebook or Google account to automatically create a free Basic Prezi account through the SSO option on Prezi.com or with the Prezi Viewer app.
What if I’m using the Prezi desktop app?
You can use your Google account to log in to the desktop app, but not for Facebook. Also, you need to use Prezi.com or the Prezi Viewer app to create a new Prezi account using the SSO option.
Can I log in to the desktop app if I only have Facebook SSO?
Yes, but you need to generate a password first by clicking "Forgot your password?" on the log in screen. Then, follow the instructions and we will send a password to the email address associated with your Facebook account.
Can I connect my Prezi account to both my Google and Facebook accounts?
Yes. You can connect either, or both, accounts and use them to log in to your Prezi account.
Why did I receive an email about SSO association?
When associating your accounts, you’ll receive a verification email so we can make sure you are the account holder. We’ll also notify you via email if we are unable to associate your accounts because you've already registered to Prezi.com using the same email address.
Why do I have to verify my email address?
We send a verification email to make sure you are the account holder and have access to the email address used to open your Prezi account.
What happens when my accounts are connected?
Once you verify your email address and associate your accounts, you can use the same Google or Facebook credentials to log in to your Prezi account.
What if my Facebook account doesn’t have an email address?
A valid email address is required to create a Prezi account so that we can verify ownership of your account and presentations. Please add an email address to your Facebook account if you want to create a free Basic Prezi account before using the SSO option.
