Copy and pasting in Prezi Present

Have the perfect image, chart, topic structure, or other object that you want to use again? Luckily, you can duplicate them in Prezi Present with just a few clicks or keystrokes. You can copy and paste content within a presentation or from one presentation to another.

  1. Click to select the object that you want to copy.
  2. Press CTRL+C (Windows) or CMD+C (Mac).
  3. To paste, press CTRL+V (Windows) or CMD+V (Mac) or right-click and select “Paste” from the context menu.
  4. Alternatively, you can also duplicate a presentation step from the left sidebar by clicking the three dots on its thumbnail and selecting Duplicate from the dropdown menu.
Note: You can copy more than one object at a time by holding the SHIFT key and selecting multiple items on your canvas.
