Scotty, we need more power! Sometimes the device or browser you are on isn’t able to display a presentation in its full luster. However, you can still view a simplified version of the presentation. This means all of the original content in the presentation will still be there, but will display with a scaled down experience. In the simplified version, visuals and transitions will run with limited graphics and you will not be able to access many of the presentation’s features (links, zoom, sound, etc.).
Why am I seeing a simplified version?
Prezi Present presentations are best viewed with the latest versions of Safari, Firefox, Chrome, and Edge. Your computer will also need a dedicated or integrated graphics card with an updated operating system. When trying to view a presentation with a browser or hardware that doesn’t meet the system requirements, you will see a message letting you know that you are viewing a simplified version.
How can I get the full Prezi experience?
Troubleshooting your system to get the full Prezi experience depends on your browser and hardware setup. If your hardware doesn’t meet the requirements, you will have to use a different computer or device. Otherwise, if your browser is the issue, you can follow the steps below according to browser type.
