Offline and connectivity issues with ad blockers

Does Prezi say you’re offline even when you have an Internet connection? Are areas of the Prezi editor greyed out while trying to build your presentation? Chances are an ad blocker is the culprit.

Prezi doesn’t contain adds, but some ad blocker programs may interfere with the way it works. If you experience connectivity issues, try disabling your ad blocker or whitelisting Prezi.

Allow pop-ups (whitelist) in your ad blocker or firewall software for the following:

  • .prezi.com
  • .static.prezi.com
  • s3.amazonaws.com
  • .prezi.com.s3.amazonaws.com
  • prezi-a.akamaihd.net
  • .preziusercontent.com
  • .youtube.com
  • .ytimg.com
  • .prezicdn.net
  • .cloudfront.net

You can also try using another browser. We recommend using the latest version of Safari, Firefox, Chrome 64, or Edge.
