Adding story blocks
1. Navigate to the place in your presentation where you’d like to add a story block.
2. Click the Insert button at the top of your screen, then select the Story blocks icon.
3. Search by keyword or browse to find the right story block for your content.
4. Double-click on a story block to add it to your presentation. You can also drag+drop it directly onto your canvas. Adding a story block creates a new topic in your presentation's structure.
Animated story blocks
Some of the pre-designed story blocks also come with topic cover visuals that, together with the content within, create little animations when zooming into them.
With the story block sidebar open, search for ‘animated’ to browse the collection of animated story blocks. Hover over the thumbnail to preview the animation, then click on the one you like to add it to the canvas.
Editing and modifying story blocks
Once added to your presentation, simply zoom in to the topic and click on a placeholder to add your own content, including text, images, shapes, and icons.
You can also move, resize, and rotate a story block (or specific content within it).
To move
Click on the story block and drag it anywhere on the canvas. After you’ve moved it to where you would like it to be, release the mouse.
To resize
To adjust the size of a story block, click to select it and drag a corner to make it larger or smaller.
To rotate
Click on a story block to select it. Then hold down the ALTGr key (CTRL+right ALT) in Windows, or CMD for Mac, and drag one of the corners of the box up or down to turn it.
To delete
Click on the object you would like to delete. Then press BACKSPACE/DELETE on your keyboard. You can also right-click (CMD/CTRL+click) and select Delete from the context menu.
