The installation of Prezi Video requires about 200-300 MB of free disk space. Since you’ll be creating full HD videos, it's also advised to have at least 2 GB free space on your computer.
Minimum requirements for running Prezi Video
Windows
OS: Windows 10 (64 bit or 32bit) or newer with updated drivers and DirectX 11 or higher. The 32 bit version of the application can only be installed on 32 bit Windows, the 64 bit version can only be installed on 64 bit Windows.
- Processor: Intel Core i3 2.00 GHz or AMD equivalent
- Memory: Minimum of 4 GB RAM
- Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce 405 / AMD Radeon 5000 or higher with 512 MB memory (or comparable)
Mac
OS: The two latest OS versions of Mac
Downloading
You must be logged in to your Prezi account to begin downloading the app. If you are already logged in, you can download the Prezi Video desktop app for Windows or Mac here.
To log in:
- Go to www.prezi.com and click Log in.
- Enter your email and password and click Log in.
From your dashboard, go to the Prezi Video tab in the left sidebar, then click Get Prezi Video on desktop in the bottom left corner of your screen.
Installing
Once the download completes, locate and open the file on your computer to begin installing Prezi Video. You can access the file directly from your browser or by opening the saved file on your computer.
Windows
- You can begin installing the app by opening it directly from your browser, or by opening the downloaded Prezi Video application (.EXE file) on your computer. The default download folder in Windows is “Downloads”.
- Open the Prezi Video file to start the installation, then click Run.
- After installing, Prezi Video will automatically create a shortcut on your desktop.
- Double-click on the Prezi Video icon, then log in with your email and password.
Mac
- You can begin installing the app by opening it directly from your browser, or by opening the downloaded Prezi Video application (.DMG file) on your computer. The default download folder in Mac is “Downloads”.
- Open the Prezi Video file to start the installation, then drag and drop the Prezi Video icon into the “Applications” folder.
- After installing, open Prezi Video.
- Double-click on the Prezi Video icon, then log in with your email and password.
Uninstalling Prezi Video on Mac
If you'd like to uninstall the Prezi video desktop app on your Mac computer, please download the uninstaller from here. Once it's downloaded, open the .dmg file, select Uninstall Prezi Video and follow the instructions to uninstall the application within a few clicks.
