Minimum requirements for running Prezi Video:

• OS: Windows 10, release 1607 or newer (64 bit or 32bit) or newer with updated drivers and DirectX 11 or higher. The 32-bit version of the application can only be installed on 32 bit Windows, the 64-bit version can only be installed on 64 bit Windows.
• Processor: Intel Core i3 2.00 GHz or AMD equivalent
• Memory: Minimum of 4 GB RAM
• Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce 405 / AMD Radeon 5000 or higher with 512 MB memory (or comparable)
• Hard drive space: The installation of Prezi Video requires about 200-300 MB. Since you’ll be creating full HD videos, it is advised to have at least 2 GB free space on your computer.

Minimum requirements for adding a virtual background without a green screen:

• OS: Windows 10
• Processor: Inteli5-7gen (64bit) or AMD equivalent
• Memory: Minimum of 8 GB RAM
• Graphics: Intel HD Graphics 620 / AMD Radeon R5 M420

Minimum requirements for running Prezi Video:

• OS: the two latest OS versions of Mac 
• Memory: Minimum of 4 GB RAM
• Graphics card: You need a computer that supports Metal (model year: 2012 or newer).
• Hard drive space: The installation of Prezi Video requires about 200-300 MB. Since you’ll be creating full HD videos, it is advised to have at least 2 GB free space on your computer.

Minimum requirements for adding a virtual background without a green screen:

• OS: two latest Mac OS releases
• Processor: Intel Core i5 (Dual-Core) or higher
• Memory:  Minimum of 8 GB RAM
• Graphics card: Intel Iris Graphics 550 1536 M

To use Prezi Video on the web, you’ll need to use Google Chrome version 80 and above or the latest version of Edge. To make sure you have the most recent version of Chrome, first click on Chrome in the top left corner of your screen and choose “About Google Chrome”.

You can import .ppt, .pptx and Google Slides files and upload visuals in JPEG, PNG, GIF and MP4 format.
