Linking pages in Prezi Design

Forget scanning through pages of a document looking for specific information. After you've created a multi-page design, you can link text, images, icons, shapes, charts, and maps to other pages or sections. Your viewers will be redirected to the topic of their interest in just one click.

Paid feature: The option to create page links is available for users with a Premium or higher Prezi plan. Luckily it’s a breeze to upgrade your license and get access to this and all the other great features our Prezi plans have to offer.

Linking text, images, icons, and shapes to pages

  1. Right-click the object you wish to add the link to.
  2. Select Add link (you can also click Add link in the settings panel on the right).
  3. Switch to the Add link to another page option.
  4. Click Choose page to select the page number. Use the thumbnails for visual help.
  5. Click Apply. That's it, the object will now let your viewers jump straight to the page you added in the link.

Note: If you delete a page that you've linked an object to, the link will be lost. Other pages and links, however, will remain intact.
