Using images in Infographics (Prezi Design)

A picture is worth a thousand words! Make your social media post or infographic stand out with beautiful images. Infographics supports JPG, PNG, SVG, and animated GIF files, and lets you edit your images in numerous ways!

Using a stock image

  1. Click the Add graphics button on the left-side toolbar.
  2. Select Images and browse through the vast and free-to-use (CC) image library.
  3. Use the search bar by typing in what you are looking for.
  4. When you've found an image you'd like to use, add it to your design by clicking on it or by drag-and-dropping it onto the canvas.

Uploading your own image

  1. Click the Add graphics button on the left-side toolbar.
  2. Click the Upload button.
  3. Choose a file from your computer, and click Open to upload it. You can also drag-and-drop the image file from your computer straight onto the canvas. We support JPG, PNG, and SVG files, as well as animated GIFs.

Inserting an image from a clipboard

  1. Anywhere on the web, find an image you'd like to transfer into your design. You should make sure that it's not copyrighted.
  2. Right-click on the image and select Copy image.
  3. Paste the image into an open design with keyboard controls Ctrl + V (Windows) or Cmd + V (Mac).

Adding a background image

  1. Click out of any selected objects.
  2. Click on Add background image in the settings panel on the right. Choose an image from the image library or upload your own (up to 10 MB in size).
  3. Use the settings panel to apply filters to your image, as well as adjust the level of transparency and blur. You can change the background image at any time by clicking on Change image.

To remove the background image simply click on the X next to Change image.
