Adding pages in Prezi Design

When you have something to say, one page might not be enough. That's alright. You can add additional pages to your design, as well as duplicate existing ones! Read through the steps below to see how.

Adding a new page

  1. Deselect any charts or objects in your design or click outside of the canvas.
  2. Click the Add page button on the right side of the editor. You will then be able to select a blank canvas or one of the predefined pages. An Add page button will also appear when hovering over the bottom of the page.

Reusing a page

To reuse a page, make a copy with the duplicate.png (Duplicate) button. It can be accessed in the settings panel on the right or at the top right corner of the page.

Changing the order of pages

If you'd like to change the order of the pages, simply drag-and-drop them up and down the list in the settings panel on the right.

Deleting a page

To delete a page, select it in the editor and hit backspace on your keyboard or click on delete.png in the settings panel on the right or on the top right corner of the page.
