Adding pages in Prezi Design

When you have something to say, one page might not be enough. That's alright. You can add additional pages to your design, as well as duplicate existing ones. Read through the steps below to see how.

Adding a new page

  1. Click outside of the canvas.
  2. From the Pages tab on the right of the editor, click Add page. An Add page button will also appear when hovering your mouse pointer under the middle section of a page.

Reusing a page

To reuse a page, make a copy with the duplicate.png (Duplicate) button. It can be accessed from the Pages tab in the settings panel on the right or in the top right corner of a page.

Changing the order of pages

If you'd like to change the order of pages, drag-and-drop them up and down the list under Pages in the settings panel on the right.

Deleting a page

To delete a page, select it in the editor and tap backspace on your keyboard or click on delete.png in the settings panel on the right or in the top right corner of a page.
