Changing the background of your design is as easy as 1, 2, 3! There are three different background options to choose from: a solid color, an image, and a shape.

Using a solid color for the background

1. Click out of any selected objects and head over to the settings panel on the right.
2. Click on the color box next to Background color. Choose a color from the selected palette, use the color picker, or paste a hex color code.

Adding an image to the background

1. Click out of any selected objects and head over to the settings panel on the right.
2. Select Add background image. Choose an image from the graphic library or upload your own (up to 10 MB in size).
3. You can adjust Image transparency and Image blur by using the respective sliders in the settings panel on the right or change the image by clicking on Change image.

It's also possible to add filters to your background image. To do so, click on the Filter & adjust button in the settings panel. Then select the filter you wish to use and adjust it to your liking in the Adjust tab.

Adding a shape as a background

1. Click on the Add shape button in the toolbar on the left, choose a shape, and drag-and-drop it onto the canvas.
2. Resize the shape by dragging its corners or sides inwards/outwards.
3. Right-click on the shape and choose the option Send to back to move the shape to the background layer.
4. Adjust the shape's transparency by using the slider in the settings panel on the right. You can also change its color and add some other tweaks there.
