Copying the style of objects in Infographics (Prezi Design)

Design consistency is key in creating visual content that your viewers can easily digest. Instead of manually formatting every object on the canvas to have the same size, color, shape, font, etc., you can easily copy an object's visual appearance and apply it to other elements on the page. It is possible to copy and paste the style of charts, maps, text boxes, images, icons, and shapes.

  1. Right-click on the object, the style of which you wish to copy, and select Copy style.
  2. Right-click on the object, on which you want to reuse the styling, and click Paste style.

You can also use keyboard shortcuts ⌘ + Shift + C (Mac) or Ctrl + Shift + C (Windows) to copy and ⌘ + Shift + V (Mac) or Ctrl + Shift + V (Windows) to paste the style.

Note: This option works only between similar objects; therefore, you will not be able to copy the style of a text object and paste it onto a chart. Style can be copy-pasted to single objects only.

If you'd like to change your entire project's style with a single click, read the article on changing the color palette in Infographics to learn how.
