Adding visuals in Prezi Video

You have a story to tell or some ideas to share, why not transform them into a video presentation? Prezi Video puts you right alongside your content as you live stream or record, for a seamless, personalized experience that keeps viewers hooked. Here are all the ways you can add visuals to your video in only a few easy steps.

With the online editor or the desktop app open, click the + icon in the side panel to add your first slide. Click the image icon in the slide thumbnail to open the "Add visual" sidebar. You'll be able to add all your visuals to each slide from this sidebar.

You should know: There is a limitation of adding one visual (JPEG, PNG, GIF, mp4 format or converted from Google Slides or PowerPoint slides) per slide. Learn more about adding a video in Prezi Video here and read this article for more information on adding GIFs and stickers to your video.


Adding images

1. You can either select Add from computer to upload your own file or add your image from your Google Drive, OneDrive or Dropbox cloud storage.

2. Alternatively, you can browse our extensive image library. Search by keyword under Search for visuals and click on See more next to Images to see all the image results. 

3. Simply click on the image you'd like to use and it will appear on the screen right next to you.

4. You can also drag and drop supported files from your computer to the editor. If you drag and drop multiple items, they will be added as separate slides. 

5. To remove or replace your visual, click the three dots in the slide thumbnail and select either Remove visual or Replace visual

Adding icons

1. You can either select Add from computer to upload your own file or add your icon from your Google Drive, OneDrive or Dropbox cloud storage.

2. Alternatively, you can browse our extensive icon library. Search by keyword under Search for visuals and click on See more next to Icons to see all the icon results. 

3. Simply click on the icon you'd like to use and it will appear on the screen right next to you.

4. You can also drag and drop supported files from your computer to the editor. If you drag and drop multiple items, they will be added as separate slides. 

5. To remove or replace your visual, click the three dots in the slide thumbnail and select either Remove visual or Replace visual

Adding GIFs ans stickers

1. You can either select Add from computer to upload your own file or add your GIF or sticker from your Google Drive, OneDrive or Dropbox cloud storage.

2. Alternatively, you can browse our extensive GIF and sticker library. Search by keyword under Search for visuals and click on See more next to GIFs or Stickers to see all the results. 

3. Simply click on the visual you'd like to use and it will appear on the screen right next to you.

4. You can also drag and drop supported files from your computer to the editor. If you drag and drop multiple items, they will be added as separate slides. 

5. To remove or replace your visual, click the three dots in the slide thumbnail and select either Remove visual or Replace visual

Adding videos

1. Select Add from computer to upload your own mp4 file or add your clip from your Google Drive, OneDrive or Dropbox cloud storage.

2. You can also drag and drop supported files from your computer to the editor. If you drag and drop multiple items, they will be added as separate slides. 

3. To remove or replace your video, click the three dots in the slide thumbnail and select either Remove visual or Replace visual

Adding Google Slides and PowerPoint slides

1. You can also add your existing Google Slides or PowerPoint slides in Prezi Video which will be added as visuals. Select Add from computer to upload your own PowerPoint file or add your slides from your Google Drive, OneDrive or Dropbox cloud storage. To add slides from Google Slides, select Google Drive and locate your presentation. 

2. Choose to import one slide, or select multiple slides at once and then choose Import selected/Select

3. To remove or replace your slides, click the three dots in the slide thumbnail and select either Remove visual or Replace visual
