Infographics (Prezi Design) offers hundreds of templates for different use cases, including infographics, reports, dashboards, posters, social media posts, and more. You can fully customize and repurpose them according to your needs or use them as is by adding your own text and data. Keep reading to learn how to use Infographics (Prezi Design)'s templates.
Choosing a template
- At the top of your Infographics dashboard, click Start from template or select any of the project shortcuts next to it. You'll then be taken into the template library.
- Browse the template categories by picking them in the left-side panel.
- If you're looking for a specific color, select one under Filter by color.
- Click on a template thumbnail to preview it. If you'd like to use it, click Use this template. You'll then be taken into the editor.
Customizing the template
From the Infographics (Prezi Design) editor, you can modify and edit the template to your liking:
- Add new content and move or delete the existing objects. Everything on the canvas can be resized, moved, or deleted.
- Edit the text objects. Enter your own text by double-clicking on the text boxes and customize it in the right-side settings panel.
- If you have data you'd like to visualize, add data to maps or populate charts with indicators. You can also easily change the charts included in the template; learn more in the article about switching to a different chart in Infographics (Prezi Design).
