As a Prezi team admin, you have the option to allow all members of your Prezi team invite new members as long as you have open seats and let your team grow. Here's how you can enable your Prezi team to invite others with only a few clicks.
Allowing team members to invite others to the team
1. From your Prezi dashboard, go to your name and select Admin console from the dropdown list.
2. Go to the team where you'd like to change the setting and click Manage.
3. In the left sidebar, select Settings.
4. Under Security, use the toggle next to Allow team member to invite others to the team to enable the feature.
When the feature is enabled, all team members will be able to select Invite teammates from the top right corner of their Prezi dashboard and add email addresses to send out invites to as long as the team still has available licenses.
As an admin, you'll be notified once the team runs out of available licenses.
