Getting an overview of Prezi Design Analytics

Prezi Design Analytics is a great tool that will keep you out of the dark and from wondering, “Did my client view my project?” It’ll also help you see where your views are coming from, what type of device they were viewing your project on how they interacted with your content. Whether you send out a link or embed your project, you'll be able to get useful insights that you can learn and benefit from in the future.

Paid feature: Prezi Design Analytics is only available for Prezi teams. Luckily it’s a breeze to upgrade your license and get access to this and all the other great features our Prezi Team plan have to offer.

Overview

The Prezi Design Analytics dashboard will give you an overview of the projects you’ve sent out, how many viewers have looked at them, what type of device they viewed the project from and where they are from. When you visit the analytics page, you'll see a chart of your overall views and the locations the links were viewed from. Each link you’ve sent out will be listed below and you will be able to view statistics for them individually too.

From this page you can:

  • set the time range to view analytics for
  • download a spreadsheet (CSV) of your analytics
  • get stats on your designs
  • see individual viewer stats

The statistics of your project's performance is broken down according to the number of web and embed views, average on-screen time and interaction rate and the date the project was created and last modified.

Analytics on an individual project

If you click on the title of a project from the main page, you can view the details of its performance and export individual statistics as a CSV file.

Here, you can see a timeline for the total views for the set time range, a map showing the locations the project was viewed from, the average on-screen rate (any time the project was opened via a link or the website where it is embedded was opened) and the average interaction rate (based on the number of users who actually interacted with the content at least once).

Scrolling down, you will also see a detailed breakdown of engagement, based on the specific objects within the design.
