You can easily copy content from any Prezi presentation into another by using your library or manually copying and pasting.

Using your library to combine presentations
The easiest way to combine Prezi presentations is to use your Library. All you have to do is save any assets you want to copy into a different presentation to your library, then import them in the new presentation.
If you want to combine two whole presentations, you can easily save an entire presentation’s content to your library. When you save assets to your library, they will stay saved so you can always re-import them later if something goes wrong.
To add objects to your library:
- Open the presentation you will copy content from.
- Select everything you want to combine into another presentation. If you have multiple objects, you can click and drag to select them all.
- On the property bar that appears, select Add to my library.
To import objects from your library to a presentation:
- Open the presentation you will use as the final presentation.
- Click More from the top bar.
- Select My library. In the sidebar, find the objects you’ve added to your library.
- Click and drag your content from the sidebar to the canvas.
- You can now position and move the content like normal.
Manually copying content between presentations
It’s easy to copy content from one Prezi presentation to another. Simply select the objects you want to copy and press CMD/CTRL + C to copy it. Alternatively, you can right click and select Copy if you don’t want to use the keyboard shortcut.
Want to select more than one object? Click and drag over all of them to cover everything.
With the objects copied, open your other presentation to combine. Press CMD/CTRL + V to paste the objects on your canvas. Now, you can move them around and edit freely to make the presentation flow.
Repeat this copy and paste process as many times as you need to copy everything over.
