FAQ
Can collaborators remove themselves?
Yes. Collaborators can see who owns the presentation and can remove themselves from any shared items at any time.
Can I change a collaborator's permissions without removing them completely?
Yes. Instead of removing access, click their current permission level and select a different option (Can edit, Can comment, or Can present).
Will collaborators know if I remove them?
No. Prezi doesn't send notifications when you remove someone's access.
How do I remove myself as a collaborator from a presentation?
Go to the Share menu and click Remove next to your name. You can do this from any presentation where you're a collaborator, giving you control over your own Dashboard.

No. Only the presentation owner can remove collaborators. Ownership cannot be transferred or removed through collaboration settings.
How do I give access back to someone I removed?
Go to Sharing and privacy, enter their email address, select their permission level, and click Share or Add.
Can I see who currently has collaborator access to my presentation?
Yes. Open Sharing and privacy from the Dashboard or Editor to view a complete list of all current collaborators and their permission levels.
I don't want to see a presentation on my Dashboard anymore. How do I remove it?
If you're the owner, simply delete it. If the presentation was shared with you, go to the Share menu and click Remove next to your name.
