If Prezi hasn't worked out for you, you can cancel your license at any time. Canceling will stop your recurring payment. This means that when your current subscription comes to an end, we will consider your license as expired.
After your license expires, the presentations you’ve created will remain in your account and keep their privacy status. However, you will no longer be able to edit them or create new presentations.
Canceling your subscription
1. Go to your Account Settings page.
2. Select the “License” tab.
3. Click Cancel Subscription.
4. You'll be taken to a short questionnaire.
5. Once you've answered it, click Continue.
To edit an existing presentation on an expired account, you will need to either renew or downgrade your account. You will then be able to edit your presentations again. Once you downgrade to a free account, you'll lose privacy control and any of the additional features that come with your Prezi plan.
If you choose to cancel your license, we would appreciate it if you would take the time to tell us why Prezi hasn't worked out for you and what we could do to improve. If you have any feedback or suggestions, then please visit our community page.
Renewing your subscription
To get back to creating and editing presentations, you can renew your subscription at anytime. Simply return to the “License” tab on your Account Settings page and click “Renew subscription”.
