How to add comments as a viewer in Prezi Present

If you have commenting rights to a presentation, you can view or present it and add comments to elements of its structure. You can also respond to any comments you’ve been tagged in, however cannot edit the presentation.

Quick steps to add a comment:

  1. From the Prezi dashboard, click the Comment icon on the presentation thumbnail.
  2. In the editor, click the comment icon (top right) to add a comment to the overview.
  3. To comment on a specific element, right-click (or CTRL + click) on a frame or object and type your comment. Press ENTER.
  4. To respond, click a yellow dot showing a comment, type your reply, and hit ENTER.
  5. The presentation owner and tagged users will be notified of replies.

How do I add comments to a presentation?

  1. From the dashboard, click the Comment icon in the thumbnail of a presentation.
  2. Click the comments icon on the top right corner of the editor to add a comment to the overview. 
  3. To comment on a specific part of the presentation, you can right-click (CTRL + click) anywhere, inside a frame or an object to add a comment to it.
  4. Type your comment in the field and press ENTER.

How do I respond to comments in a presentation?

  1. From the dashboard, click the Comment icon in the thumbnail of a presentation.
  2. Yellow dots show where comments were added.
  3. Click on a comment (yellow dot) to view it. If you want to respond, just type into the field and hit ENTER.

Once you respond to a comment, the owner of the presentation and any tagged user will get a notification.
