How do I add a PDF in Prezi Present?
To insert a PDF:
- Navigate to the specific area on the canvas where you want the PDF to appear.
- Click the Media button in the top toolbar and select PDF.
- Click Upload file to choose a document from your computer.
- Note: You can also insert files from Google Drive, OneDrive, or Dropbox by clicking the arrow next to the Upload button.

Select your pages. If the PDF has multiple pages, a preview sidebar will appear:
- Drag and drop specific pages onto the canvas.
- Click Insert all pages to add the full document at once.
- Each page will appear as a separate image in your presentation, ready to be moved or resized.
How do I edit PDFs in Prezi Present?
Once your PDF is on the canvas, you can adjust it to fit your presentation layout.
| Move | Click to select the PDF, drag it to the new location, and release. |
| Resize | Click the PDF to select it, then drag any corner in or out to scale the size. |

How do I delete or replace a PDF in Prezi Present?
To delete a PDF: Click the PDF image to select it and press DELETE or BACKSPACE on your keyboard. (Made a mistake? Press CTRL/CMD + Z to undo).
To replace a PDF: If you want to update the content without losing your layout:
- Right-click (or secondary click) on the PDF.
- Select Replace image... from the context menu.
- Upload the new file. It will automatically adopt the same size and position as the original.
