Problems signing up for an EDU subscription?

There might be two main reasons why you are not able to proceed with the sign-up process, please see below.

I didn’t receive a verification email

Our list of educational institutions is not restricted to only “.edu” accounts. If the confirmation email doesn't appear in your inbox, please check your spam folder and filter settings or contact your IT personnel to allow the domains: "@email.prezi.com", "@info.prezi.com", "@prezi.com". Check this article to make sure there are no firewall settings that could be blocking the verification email.

I don’t have an educational email address

In case your educational institution does not provide you with an email address, please contact our Support team and send them some type of verification of your student/teacher status (student ID, class roster, mention on school website etc.) so they can assist you with starting an EDU subscription.
