The first time you sign into the Prezi Support website, we will ask you to verify your email address. You will receive an email titled “Prezi.com: Verify your email” which will contain a special link you need to click on to verify your email address and sign into the Prezi Support website. 

What do I do if the verification link is expired?

If the verification link is expired, please try requesting a new link when attempting to sign into the Prezi Support website.

Can't find the verification email?

If you haven’t already checked your spam folder, this is a great first step. The verification emails are automated and therefore they’re sometimes considered spam. It’s also possible that you will not receive the email due to firewall and security settings on your network.
