Downloading select objects in Infographics (Prezi Design)

Do you want to download a specific chart or map from a large report? Maybe you're looking to download an image with a caption from an infographic? Selected objects can be easily downloaded in a few clicks. Keep reading to see how.

Paid feature: Downloading is available for users with a Plus or higher Prezi plan. Luckily it’s a breeze to upgrade your license and get access to this and all the other great features our Prezi plans have to offer.

Downloading a single object from the canvas

  1. Right-click on the object you would like to download, then select Export as... This option can also be accessed at the bottom of the settings panel on the right.
  2. Click on one of the file formats (PNG, JPG, PDF, animated GIF or MP4 video) to start the download.

Downloading multiple objects in one go

  1. Click on the canvas and drag the mouse pointer over the objects you wish to download. You can also select multiple objects by holding Shift and clicking on them.
  2. Right-click on the objects you wish to download, then select Export as...
  3. Click on one of the file formats (PNG, JPG, PDF, animated GIF or MP4 video) to start the download.
