In our attempt to build a strong community of Prezi users who work together and support each other in today's increasingly online world, we have launched a referral program where anyone can give their colleagues a free month of Prezi and even win up to $5,000 USD. Here's all the information on how to participate in Prezi's referral program.
Inviting others to the program
All Prezi users now have the option to refer Prezi to their friends/colleagues directly from their Prezi dashboard and offer them a free month of Prezi Plus subscription. We are running two parallel referral campaigns, one for educators from September to November and one for all other users from November to December. (You would see the program you are enrolled in and your leaderboard position in your referral dashboard.)
All you need to do is click the Invite colleagues button in the top right corner of the dashboard and add the email address of your colleagues you'd like to invite to participate. You can also add a personal note or link your own video created with Prezi Video to the invitation. You can invite colleagues from all over the world!
They will then receive an email with a link where they can sign up and activate their free one month Prezi Plus subscription. Once the free trial expires, they will be given the option to either start a paid subscription or downgrade to a free Basic account and still continue to use Prezi.
You also have the option to get an individually generated link to share on social media with which your referrals can sign up for the one month trial. Spread the word and let as many people as possible know about the offer!
Tracking your referrals and the Referee Leaderboard
Anyone who actually signs up for the free month of Prezi Plus subscription via your invitation/link counts as a referral. You can track your own successful referrals through the Referrals tab.
You can also check how you and others are doing via the Leaderboard which is constantly being updated with the results of the most successful participants. You can access the list of your successful invites and the Leaderboard tab by clicking Invite colleagues from the dashboard.
Rewards
Apart from helping others and gifting them with a month of Prezi Plus, you'll be also in the run for our prizes. If you have the most successful invites at the end of our referral program, you get a $5,000 USD reward to foster remote work for your team or spend on anything you wish! Users on the 2nd to 5th place get $1,000 USD each.
Terms and conditions
The referee program starts at the beginning of September and will be closed on 30 November 2020 for educators and 30 December for all other users. The final results will be calculated after this date and the winners will receive their rewards shortly after. For more detailed information, please read the Referral Program Terms and Conditions.
