Adding GIFs and stickers in Prezi Present

If an image is worth a thousand words, a well-chosen GIF probably equals ten thousand! Now you can spice up your presentation with animated GIFs and stickers to bring a fun element to your content.

Adding GIFs

1. Go to the area where you’d like to add the GIF.

2. Click the Insert button at the top of your screen, then select GIF.

3. From here, you can:

  • Add a GIF from your own Library
  • Click Upload to add a GIF saved on your computer or click the arrow next to the button to select a file from Dropbox, Google Drive, or OneDrive.
  • Search the Giphy library by keyword. Once you find the GIF you want to use, click on the thumbnail or drag+drop it onto your canvas.

You’ll see your GIF appear as it loads in the background. You can then move, resize and rotate it for just the right look.

*Paid feature: Access to the searchable Prezi GIF and sticker library is available for users with a Standard or higher Prezi plan. Luckily it’s a breeze to upgrade your license and get access to this and all the other great features our Prezi plans have to offer.
