Introducing the new Prezi Video for Zoom

  1. You don’t need to install the Prezi Video desktop app.

All you need to do is add the Prezi Video for Zoom app from the Zoom App Marketplace to start adding and presenting your content. You can also add the app via an invitation from another participant in one of your Zoom calls.

  1. You can access Prezi Video’s most popular features directly in Zoom.

Once you’re inside Prezi Video for Zoom, start by adding your first slide and typing your content. Whatever you add will appear right alongside you in your video feed.

You can navigate through slides using your arrow keys or by clicking on a slide to select it. Reorder the slides by dragging them up or down, or delete them by clicking the three dots on the side of the slide and clicking “Delete”.

To share the app with others, you can click “Invite” to share the Prezi Video for Zoom app with the other participants of your meeting, letting them add content to their videos on the spot.

For a full overview of what you can do in the app, check out our article on using Prezi Video for Zoom.

  1. We’ve added more Prezi Video features to Prezi Video for Zoom.

You may notice that some features you love from Prezi Video aren’t available yet in Prezi Video for Zoom. As of right now you're able to:

  • Add a name tag to your video feed
  • Add visuals from your computer
  • Use images, stickers, GIFs and icons from our library
  • Import PDF, PPT and Google Slides files
  • Upload your own company logo
  1. You can still use the Prezi Video desktop app for Mac and Windows based on your needs.

To access any additional or  currently unavailable features like importing a Prezi presentation, applying your brand kit or adding and displaying presenter notes, you can use the Prezi Video desktop app in your Zoom meeting instead. All you need to do is open the Prezi Video desktop application, then go to your camera settings in Zoom and select Prezi Camera from the list and your Zoom feed will show the same view as in Prezi Video. You can find the complete steps to download and use the Prezi Video desktop application here.
