Adding and using fonts from Google Fonts
When updating your text, you have a vast amount of fonts to choose from besides the ones visible in the list available in the context toolbar. After selecting the text box you'd like to update, click More fonts at the bottom of the dropdown list to browse the extended collection based on font type, script, or by name. Tick the box next to its name to add it to your default font list and click on Update Fonts. You can then go back to the dropdown list to select and use the font you just added from Google Fonts.
You can also narrow the collection based on scripture to only see the fonts that support the given character collection. Supported scripts include Arabic, Chinese, Cyrillic and Japanese, among many others.
To remove a font from the list, simply untick the box next to its name and click the blue Update fonts button. It will no longer be available from the dropdown list but you can re-add it any time.
Using Google Fonts in text styles
To give your presentation a consistent look, you can use preset or custom text styles. When building up a custom text style from scratch, you first need to name your text style, then set a title, a subtitle, and a body text font. You can also add a secondary title and body text font in case the text in your presentation is more structured.
You can click the arrows to preview the fonts you can choose from in the dropdown menu. In addition, you can also browse a vast collection of Google fonts by clicking More fonts at the bottom of the dropdown.
Browse the collection based on font type, script, or by name and tick the box next to its name to add it to your default font list.
To remove a font from the list, simply untick the box next to its name and click the blue Update fonts button. You can return to this collection to update your font list any time.
