What browser can I use?
To use Prezi Video on the web, you’ll need to use Google Chrome version 80 and above or the latest version of Edge. To make sure you have the most recent version of Chrome, first click on Chrome in the top left corner of your screen and choose “About Google Chrome”.
What are the requirements for the Prezi Video app?
On Windows:
- OS: Windows 10, release 1607 or newer (64 bit or 32bit) or newer with updated drivers and DirectX 11 or higher. The 32-bit version of the application can only be installed on 32 bit Windows, the 64-bit version can only be installed on 64 bit Windows.
- Processor: Intel Core i3 2.00 GHz or AMD equivalent
- Memory: Minimum of 4 GB RAM
- Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce 405 / AMD Radeon 5000 or higher with 512 MB memory (or comparable)
- Hard drive space: The installation of Prezi Video requires about 200-300 MB. Since you’ll be creating full HD videos, it is advised to have at least 2 GB free space on your computer.
On Mac:
- OS: Mac OS Catalina or higher.
- Memory: Minimum of 4 GB RAM
- Graphics card: You need a computer that supports Metal (model year: 2012 or newer).
- Hard drive space: The installation of Prezi Video requires about 200-300 MB. Since you’ll be creating full HD videos, it is advised to have at least 2 GB free space on your computer.
Can I import my existing Prezi presentations into Prezi Video?
You can import any of your Prezi presentations to the Prezi Video desktop app and use them for recording a video or presenting them in a video call. I have an existing slide deck (PowerPoint, Google Slides). Can I import that in Prezi Video?
You can also import your PowerPoint and Google Slides presentation both in the online editor and the desktop app for recording or presenting live in a video call.
Can I play videos in Prezi Video?
You can add your own clips as mp4 files in Prezi Video and play them with sound while recording or presenting in a video call. Learn more in this article.
Can I edit my video after recording?
Once you finished recording, you can either discard and record again or you can trim your footage and finalize your video.
Can I change the visual appearance of my Prezi Video?
When creating a new video or importing your Google Slides or PowerPoint presentation, you can select one of our many templates designed for videos. Click the three dots in the top right corner of the sidebar while editing, select Choose template to browse the collection.
If you are part of a Prezi Team, you can also choose one of the customized templates as part of your team's brand kit.
If you are importing a Prezi presentation, you can select from any of the Prezi Present templates to use in your video or video call.
Can I record while I'm presenting live on a video conference?
It is not possible to record while you're presenting in a video call via Prezi Video. To record the meeting, please use the video conferencing tool's recording options.

Can I use presenter notes?
You can add presenter notes both in the online editor and the desktop app to use while recording a video or presenting live in a video call. What's better, you can even hide the main video window so that you only have the presenter notes above your video call and the sidebar next to it to navigate through your content.
Can I edit my video live on a call?
You are able to make live edits to your content while presenting and use Prezi Video to display live reactions in the form of text or visuals. If members of the audience also have Prezi Video installed, they can also react this way without having to unmute.
Can two people present at once?
While it is not possible to co-pilot the same presentation, it is possible for multiple presenters to open the same project in the Prezi Video app, navigate to the part where each would start presenting and use the content toggle to hide the content before presenting.
