How do I create a presentation with Prezi AI?

You’ve got some great ideas. Now it’s time to make them shine in a new Prezi Present presentation. Starting is simple, just a few clicks and you’ll be on your way to creating your masterpiece.

1. Click the box at the top of the dashboard to describe your presentation in as many details as you'd like and click Create with AI. Learn how to write the most effective prompts for Prezi AI.

2. If starting with a file, upload a .pptx, .docx or .pdf document. Review the extracted text, make any edits you need, then click Create outline.

3. Review the suggested outline, customize it, change the order, delete or add talking points.
4. You can also go back and change your initial prompt.
5. Once ready to go, click Create presentation.

Prezi AI will create the first draft of your presentation and the AI Assistant sidebar will appear.

6. Preview your content by clicking the arrows in the bottom of the canvas to navigate through the presentation or click the Home button to go back to the overview.
7. Choose your color palette and design and Prezi AI will update them for you. You can also generate more options.
8. If you don’t like what was created, click Recreate your presentation on the right sidebar and provide more direction. This will generate a presentation with a completely new design.
9. When you’re happy with what’s created, click Go to the editor to fine tune your presentation. Have in mind that after you click Go to the editor, the Prezi AI sidebar can’t be reopened for that presentation.

1. From your Dashboard, click + Create new and select Create from template.

How do I create a presentation from scratch in Prezi?
