You can now create and present in even more languages: Danish, Finnish, Swedish, Greek, Indonesian, Lithuanian, Dutch, Romanian, Ukrainian, Russian, Slovenian, Czech, Vietnamese, Catalan, Slovak, Latvian, Swahili, Afrikaans, Icelandic, Turkish, Polish, Thai, Bengali and Hindi.

Improved icon visibility

Icons now automatically match your primary or secondary text colors (instead of background colors), improving contrast, visibility, and overall visual consistency—especially on complex or colorful templates.

Image shape cropping

You can now crop images into 40+ shapes - circles, stars, arrows, and more - right inside Prezi. It works with JPEGs and PNGs, and the “Crop” button appears whenever you select an image.

Highlight text your way

Make your content stand out with the new inline text highlighter. By default, highlights now follow the shape of your text for a cleaner, more modern look. Need full emphasis? Toggle to highlight the entire text box. Fine-tune your design with new padding controls that give you more flexibility over spacing and layout.

You can now align text boxes with auto-fit settings to the top, middle, or bottom of their container, giving you more control over how text sits on the canvas. Easier frame editing

Frame editing is now more flexible, letting you move frames without affecting nearby content. Dragging them won’t unintentionally pull in objects anymore, with a hint showing when magnetized.

Deleting a frame also removes its content now. To keep the content while deleting the frame, right-click and select "Detach content from frame".

Smart frame insertion

Experience an easier process of adding frames to your presentation. Click on the + Add frame button and it will automatically detect a great place to insert your content on the canvas. After that you can still choose to use a frame layout on the side bar or add your own content. If you'd like to choose manually where to place your frame, you can still find the drawing function under the dropdown menu next to the + Add frame button.

Color schemes

We’ve redesigned color thumbnails in the Prezi Present editor to provide a clearer, more intuitive preview of your favorite colors. This update makes it easier to choose and apply the perfect shades for your presentations!

Navigation bar updates

Navigating the Prezi Present canvas is now a breeze with the selection tool set as the default. To move around, you can:

• Right-click and drag to pan.

• Click the hand icon in the navigation toolbar.

• Press "H" or hold "Space" to toggle the hand tool.

Clicking the device icon opens a dropdown for navigation device options. For more shortcuts and tips, check out the "Learn More" button.

Frame selection

We've improved the way that frame selection works, making it more intentional. Now you can only select a frame by clicking on it directly or by dragging to select the entire frame area*, giving you more control to create what you want with ease. *This does not apply to frames grouped with content.

Fully control your content by detaching it from the frame

Editing your presentation just became easier than ever. When you place a frame around your content you tie everything together. Then you can move and resize it all in one simple action. Don’t want to adjust a whole frame at once? Now you can just right-click and detach the content from the frame.

Control your text box so it automatically adjusts as you write. Just right-click on a text field and enable text autofit to get started.

Add frames fast

Easily insert frames with the new button above the timeline. Or, add a new frame directly in the timeline by clicking the three dots on any part of the timeline and selecting Add frame. The new frame will appear right underneath your selection so you always know where it is on the timeline.

Move objects forward and backward

Get the perfect object layering every time with new forward and backward object placement. Just right-click the object you want to adjust and select move forward or move backward. For larger adjustments, you can still send an object directly to the back or front. 

Flip images horizontally or vertically

Now, you can flip any image on your canvas for greater creative control. Just right-click on the image and select flip horizontally or flip vertically.

Grab a color from anywhere on the screen

For users using Google Chrome, the eyedropper feature is now available anywhere on the screen for seamless color selection.

On-canvas video playback

We’ve heard your requests; you can now play videos on the canvas without needing to go full screen. Show videos within the context of your presentation. Thumbnails also now appear on the video before playback so you can clearly tell which video is which. 

Search for templates

It’s easier than ever to find the template you’re looking for with our new search function. No need to scroll through hundreds of templates to find the perfect one; just enter a keyword or relevant term and watch the templates appear.

Content locking

Got something just right in your presentation? Make sure it stays that way with content locking so you can keep editing the rest of your work worry-free. Just right click on the object and select “Lock”. Learn more about locking and unlocking your content here.

Prezi for Desktop has a fresh name

There’s no need to worry about whether you’re using Prezi Present in your browser or Prezi Next on your desktop. Now, it’s all Prezi, everywhere. You don’t have to do anything – your Prezi Next app will update automatically to Prezi for Desktop.

New object paste options

You can now use the context menu that appears when you right click to copy and paste objects right in the editor. Please note that this works for Chrome and Safari. If you use Firefox, you can continue to copy and paste using keyboard shortcuts.

Delete and restore projects with the new Trash

Want to restore that project you accidentally deleted? We’ve got you covered. Deleted projects will now go to the trash, available through your dashboard, and can be restored for up to 30 days.

We made it easier than ever to adjust your background settings in Present. Easily switch backgrounds, change the aspect ratio, apply a background color, and more through one, simple menu.

Easy, numeric text resizing

Now, you can change the size of your text with a font size picker! This works just like other programs you’re used to. The font size is always in relation to the overview, topic, or zoom area that the text box is in. If you prefer to drag your text to enlarge or reduce it, don’t worry. We’re not removing that option so you can choose whatever works best for you.

We’ve added over 1000 fonts to Prezi Present

With the addition of Google Fonts to our presentation editor, you can now choose from a vast array of fonts and even create your own default font list. Just click “More fonts” from the font list dropdown menu or the Text styles sidebar.

The context menu has a new look

We made a few adjustments to the handy (right-click) context menu so it’s easier to find exactly what you’re looking for.

Image cropping keyboard shortcuts

When cropping an image, you can now hit Enter to finalize any changes or Esc to cancel and return to your canvas.

Presenter notes now available online

Add notes, cues, and talking-points that only you can see while presenting. Presenter notes aren’t just for the desktop app anymore! Users with a Plus license can now add and see notes in the online editor.
